Updating the classification on a document

Every uploaded document on Futures will have a document classification.

You may need to update a document's classification to either classify it with a higher or lower level of sensitivity.

To do this:

Go to the document you need to update the classification on. You can see the current classification if you open the 'Properties' tab.
To update the classification, go to the Actions menu at the bottom and select 'Modify document properties & permissions'.
Under 'Document classification' click the current classification and choose the new one from the drop-down list.
Select 'Save' at the bottom when done.
