Documents can be uploaded to Futures workspaces for members to view and/or collaborate on.
Examples of documents that can be uploaded to Futures are Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, image, and video documents. Please follow the instruction below for how to upload documents.
- Go to the folder where you want to upload your document(s). Then select 'Upload' in the top right or 'Upload Files' from the Actions menu at the bottom.
- You can either 'drag and drop' your documents into the 'Drop files here' box or select 'Choose files'. Multiple documents can be uploaded at once, either by uploading them one at a time or by uploading a zip file or folder.
- Select the appropriate Document Classification in the Options section
- Once you have added all your documents, select 'Upload'. You will now be able to decide the settings for the documents. When you upload multiple documents, remember that these settings will apply to all of them. If you need to upload documents with different information security classifications or permissions then please do these separately to ensure accuracy.
If you do not see an option to 'Create a new item', you do not have permission to create items in this folder. If you think you should have permission please see this article: Contacting the workspace managers
Please note, you can only upload 100 files in one go.
