You can use folder dashboards to display the latest activity on your workspace.
This lets your members know what's happening in your workspace and can increase engagement.
To do this, add the 'Recent Items' and/or the 'Recent Activity' items to your dashboard.
- Recent Items shows a list of items recently added to the workspace.
- Recent Activity shows a list of recent activities in your workspace, such as discussion being replied to or documents being modified.
To add these items to a folder dashboard:
- From the Actions menu, select 'Configure workspace/folder dashboard' (or click the four-squared icon at the top of the page)
- You will then see the option to 'Add item', click in the section and column where you want to add the item. Under 'Workspace Content', select either Recent Items or Recent Activity from the list.
- Under 'Title', give it a name if needed. Under 'Item' you can also decide where the item sources it's information from. If you only want it to show new discussion in your forums, select 'Discussions'. Under 'Max items' you can decide how many items are shown on the dashboard.
