When a new item is created, it is placed in the folder that it was created it in.
However you can move items to different parts of your workspace at anytime.
When you move a folder, the dashboard content (buttons, text and images etc.) will be retained.
- Firstly, go to the item you want to move.
- Under the 'Actions' menu at the bottom, select 'Move to...'
- Select the 'target folder' you would like to move it to. If you are a manager of multiple workspaces, you can also move to a different workspace by changing the 'target workspace'.
- Select 'Move' to move the item.
You can also move multiple items at one time.
- Firstly, go to the folder which contains the items you want to move.
- Under the 'Actions' menu at the bottom, select 'Move items to...'
- Tick the items you would like to move. You can choose 'Select all' if you want to move all the items.
- Select the 'target folder' you would like to move it to. If you are a manager of multiple workspaces, you can also move to a different workspace by changing the 'target workspace'.
- Select 'Move' to move the item(s).
