Each workspace has an icon, which acts as its cover image or thumbnail.
This icon appears in workspace search results and at the top of your 'My workspaces' list, helping your workspace stand out and look more appealing to prospective members.
Our team has added a collection of generic icons, which are available for anyone to use: Workspace icons - Futures Workspace Managers Community - Futures.
However, please feel free to use your own images for your workspace icon if more appropriate.
If you want to add or change a workspace icon, you must be a workspace manager. To update the icon:
- Go to the workspace you wish to change the icon for. Select the 'workspace settings' (three cogs icon) in the top right and select 'Settings' from the drop-down options.
- Go down to 'Photo' and select 'Choose a file'. Upload your icon and select 'Save' when done.
