When you delete an item on Futures, it will go to the Recycle Bin in the workspace for 30 days.
Items in the Recycle bin can be restored to the place they were deleted from or they can be permanently deleted from the platform.
Only workspace managers can access the workspace Recycle Bin. If you are not a workspace manager and need an item recovered or permanently deleted from the recycle bin, please see this article: Contacting the workspace managers
To go to the Recycle bin:
- Go to the workspace you want to access the recycle bin for. Select 'Manage workspace' (three cogs icon) in the top right. From the drop-down, select 'Recycle Bin'
- You will now see a list of all the workspace's deleted items from the past 30 days. You can either choose to 'Restore' the item or 'Permanently Delete' (bin icon) the item. Restoring an item will move it back to the place it was deleted from.
- You can empty your Recycle Bin by going to the 'Actions' at the bottom and selecting 'Empty Recycle Bin'.
