Workspace managers have the option to make their workspace read-only.
A read-only workspace will only allow managers to make changes on the workspace, regardless of the permission settings on items.
This means that users will not be able to add anything to the workspace including adding comments and replies to discussion forums.
To change your workspace to read-only you will need to be a manager of the workspace:
- Go to 'Manage workspace' (three cogs icon) in the top right and from the drop down list select 'Settings'
- Scroll down to and tick 'Read only'
- Select 'Save' at the bottom when done
