As a workspace manager, you can make your workspace membership list accessible to all your members. This will provide them with a list of all workspace members, showing details from their Futures profile, such as contact information, job title, organisation, etc.
Turning on your membership list
To enable members being able to view your workspace membership list:
- Go to the workspace you wish to enable this feature for
- .Go to 'Manage workspace' (three cogs icon) in the top right. From the drop-down list, select 'Settings'.
- Select the 'Permissions' tab. Under 'Who can view the list of members?' change it from 'Managers' to 'Members'.
- Select 'Save' at the bottom when done.
Accessing the membership list from the workspace menu
Your members can access the membership list from the workspace menu. This page also provides a search option for your membership list.
Your members can locate this by following these steps:
- Navigate to the workspace, then go to 'Workspace menu' (three lines icon) in the top right. From the drop-down list, select 'Members'.
- You will now see a list of workspace members, including their email address. If you select their icon, it will show their Futures profile details.
- You can use the search bar in the top right to locate a specific member by name or email address.
To make it easier for members to access this page, you can link it to a dashboard button. Copy the URL of the membership list page and add it to the button's 'Link to' section. Please see this guide for further support: Using buttons on your workspace.
