We recommend that if workspace managers want to share their membership list, to embed it onto a folder dashboard, such as the workspace homepage. This creates an interactable item which showcases the Futures profiles of your workspace membership, including their contact information, organisation, job title etc.

To add your membership list onto a dashboard:
- Go the folder/page you want to embed the membership list. Select the four squares icon in the top right or select 'Configure workspace/folder dashboard' from the Actions menu at the bottom.
- Select 'Add item' where you would like it to go. You can always adjust this afterwards.
- From the list of items, under 'Workspace content' select 'Workspace members'.
- The item has several options to choose from:
- Title - Provide a name for the item on the dashboard.
- Show - Decide if the list shows the workspace managers, workspace members or everyone.
- Team - Show a specific team of members. Select 'All' to show all the members regardless of teams.
- Max Items - Decide how many members it shows on your dashboard. If the number of members exceeds the max items, pages will be created to allow user to navigate through the membership list.
- View as - 'Icons' will show the list using the members profile picture or initials which show their profile when selected. 'List' will show a list of names which will show their profile when selected.
- Background - Change the colour of the background around the item.
- When you are happy with the item, select 'Save changes' at the top or bottom.
