Before forum posts can be moderated, a workspace manager will need to switch this feature on in the workspace.
Once enabled, to view and approve or reject the list of forum posts that need moderating:
- Go to the 'Manage workspace' (three cogs icon) and select 'Message Moderation'.
- On this page you will see a list of the messages that require approval before posting. To approve a post check 'Approve' and scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Update'. You can do this for as many posts as you need on the page at one time.
It is also possible to approve or reject messages individually by following the links in your notifications via email and in the banner.
