A Futures account is classed as 'bouncing' when we are having trouble delivering email to an email address. This can be for a number of reasons such as an inactive email address or when we receive numerous out of office replies to notifications.
What do I do if my account is bouncing emails?
You can switch email notifications back on by navigating to your dashboard.
If your account is bouncing you will see a message explaining this with the option to start delivering emails again.
What do I do if one of my workspace members is bouncing emails?
If you are managing a workspace you might find that some of your members are recorded as 'bouncing' as part of their membership status - this means that you cannot contact them via Futures. If you need to contact one of these members then you should still be able to do this via email as long as the email address is still active.
