This article relates to email alerts for workspace managers which includes requests to join workspaces and workspace private messages. For support on general email notification settings please see our article Managing Futures email notifications.
As a workspace manager you can choose whether or not to receive email alerts from the workspace(s) that you manage.
To view or change your workspace manager email alert settings:
- Navigate to the workspace for which you want to change the workspace manager alerts settings and locate yourself on the members list - You can do this by clicking on the three cog workspace settings icon and selecting 'Members & Teams', then search for your name or email address in the search bar.
- Once you have located yourself, click on the modify (pencil) icon next to your email address.
- In the Permissions for this User section you will see the option to enable or disable workspace manager alerts.
You will still receive manager notifications in your 'Notifications' in the top right of the navigation bar, even with this option disabled.
Please note that if workspace private messages have been switched off on your workspace then this setting is disabled.
