You can subscribe to items on Futures to receive emails when it is updated.
For example, you can subscribe to forums to receive emails when a new discussion is added. You can even subscribe to a discussion itself to receive email updates when it is replied to.
You'll be automatically subscribed to the discussions you start in forums.
To manually subscribe to an item:
- Go to the item on Futures. To subscribe to it, you will need to be a member of the workspace.
- Select 'Subscribe to alerts about this content' (wi-fi icon) in the top right. The icon will turn green and it will now say 'Unsubscribe to alerts about this content'.
You are now subscribed to updates about this item. You can manage all your subscriptions by going your subscriptions settings.
To manage how frequently you receive these updates by going to your email preferences.
