The maximum number of rows you can export on a Futures report is 200,000. If you attempt to export any more than this then the report will stop before being completed. You will get see an error message informing you of this. To reduce the size of your report, try adding filters.
If you want to export to Microsoft Excel then the limit is 10,000 rows. Please use CSV instead for larger data sets.
