Workspace managers are responsible for the workspaces on Futures.
They have control over all aspects of their workspace and can add, modify and delete any content in the workspace.
As a workspace manager, you can add additional managers to your workspace but it is also important to make sure that only those who need this level of access are workspace managers. To see who else is a manager on the workspace, please see this guide: Identifying other workspace managers
There are two ways to update someone's workspace manager permissions:
You can invite a new member to join as a workspace manager. Please see our article Inviting new members to my Futures workspace
You can also modify an existing members permissions:
- Go to the 'Manage workspace' (three cogs icon) in the top right and select 'Members and Teams'
- Go to the member you want to make a workspace manager and click 'Modify' (pencil icon)
- Under 'Permissions for this User' tick or untick 'This user is a workspace manager' and then, if you are giving someone workspace manager access you will need to confirm that want to make this user a workspace manager.
- Then click 'Save'. The workspace member's permissions will now be updated.
