Analysing the data from your workspace can help you increase your understanding of who your members are, where they work and what content they engage with. Knowing more can help you make the right decision for your workspace and its members, helping you increase community engagement and collaboration.
There are three key areas to view your workspace data:
- Metrics - Easy access dashboard of stats about member visits and content views.
- Reports - In-depth information on members, content and workspace activity.
- Audit Log - This tracks actions taken on your workspace by the managers and users and can help you identify who has done what.
To access the Metrics dashboard:
- Open the 'Manage This Workspace' menu (three cogs icon).
- Select 'Metrics', this will open the Workspace Metrics page.
To access the Reports Tool:
- Open the 'Manage This Workspace' menu (three cogs icon).
- Select 'Reports', this will open the Manage Reports page.
Using the report tool, you can access the Recommended Pinned Reports or build your own.
To access the Audit Log:
- Open the 'Manage This Workspace' menu (three cogs icon).
- Select 'Audit Log', this will open your workspace Audit Log.
