In this guide, we'll show you how to display a Tableau Dashboard on your workspace:
- First add the button to your dashboard. From the Actions menu, select 'Configure folder/workspace dashboard' (or click the four-squared icon at the top of the page)
- You will then see the option to 'Add item', click this in the section and column where you want to create the button - This can be changed afterwards using drag and drop.
- Once you clicked 'Add item' you will see the list of items you can add to your dashboard, to add a Tableau Report select from the list.
- Add the Title of the dashboard in.
- Input the dashboard name in the Workbook field (This can be found in the URL - example: https://tabanalytics.data.england.nhs.uk//#/views/Testdashboardname/Cover
- Input the name of the page you would like to display in the View field (This can be found in the URL - example: https://tabanalytics.data.england.nhs.uk//#/views/Testdashboardname/Cover
- Click close and then Save Changes.
Please Note: Both Workbook and View fields are case sensitive.
