To access Tableau dashboards on Futures you need an NHS England Applications (OKTA) account.
Futures and Tableau have collaborated to automate permissions for new and existing members of the platform, giving you faster access to dashboards hosted on Futures.
Users no longer need to email the IT Service Desk directly. Once you join a workspace you will automatically be granted permissions to view any Tableau dashboards hosted there the following day.
If a user leaves the workspace their permissions to the dashboards specific to that workspace will automatically be removed.
Please Note: Workspace managers retain the right to remove any members from their workspace at any given time.
